The RDS auxiliary fuel tank is designed to feed the main fuel tank of your truck to increase driving range. Long distance drivers all over the world love the RDS auxiliary tank because it allows you to travel further with less stops, save money by purchasing fuel where it is cheaper, and avoid having to navigate a large load into a tight gas station.

The RDS auxiliary fuel tank will mount securely in the back of your truck and then can be connected to your factory fuel system using the RDS gravity feed diesel kit (Not Included). This tank comes with a tool box on top for storage of tools and supplies.

This auxiliary fuel tank comes with a lockable fuel cap, drain fitting, withdraw fitting, safety vent, sight gauge, and internal baffles to reduce sloshing. All RDS tanks meet DOT standards and are proudly made in the USA.

It is the user’s responsibility to comply with local, state and federal requirements pertaining to safe transportation, loading and discharging of tank contents.

RDS Tank/Box Combo Features

RDS transfer tank tool box combos feature a 2" female pipe thread coupling, accommodating a transfer pump. (Pump not included with all models, see product description). A DOT permit allows RDS tanks to transport diesel, gasoline, or aviation fuel. The 1/8" heavy-duty aluminum construction prevents rust from forming and ruining your tank.

Each tank combo has built-in baffles, reducing fuel sloshing. Locking gas caps keep your fuel secure and only for your use & prevent tampering. All tank toolbox combos feature two lift cylinders to hold open the crowned lid. Diesel install kits are available for diesel gravity feed (sold separately). The rollover valve (pressure relief vent) increases safety in case of a rollover.
