Warranty Info
ST Engineering Hackney Inc. provides a limited warranty for its Aluminum Shelving, covering defects in materials and workmanship for seven years from the delivery date, with plastic trays and felt liners covered for one year. Repairs or replacements are offered at no charge at designated facilities, subject to conditions. The warranty excludes damages from unauthorized modifications, improper installation, accidents, abuse, or improper use. The warranty is voided if the shelving is used beyond its intended purpose, installed in a different vehicle, or not maintained properly. Claims must be made promptly, and customers are responsible for transporting shelving for repairs unless otherwise authorized. Hackney’s responsibility includes determining warranty coverage, inspecting the product, and conducting repairs or replacements if eligible. Incidental damages, unauthorized repairs, and other indirect losses are not covered, and no other warranties, express or implied, apply.
