The product is great. But I was clearly sent a product that was returned. It was missing about 10% of the hardware. Had no instructions in it. All of the hardware that actually came with it was loose floating on the box. I shouldn't have had to make trips to homedepot to get parts to install it.

We had to modify the installation to make this truck rack fit but it worked out fine. We love the truck rack so far! The only reason we had to make a modification is that apparently no after market companies are really making too many ladder racks for the new 2024 model Toyota Tacomas. Hopefully that will change moving forward. But this is a sturdy rack and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Elite Truck delivered the Weather Guard midsize truck rack I ordered on time and without much hassle. They even dropped the parcels for the rack parts closer to the garage instead of dumping them at the end of the driveway as some drop ship deliveries do. If I need more parts for my 2019 Colorado will definitely come back to check Elite Truck first.

I was able to complete this installation by myself, installing the bed rails first, connecting the uprights, adding the main frame on each side and leaning them toward the inside, climbing up and connecting the lateral support.

It's a really heavy duty system. Much better gauge than I was expecting. Free shipping at the time made the price right and thanks for having a payment plan available.
