The Vantech 3 bar H1 Aluminum System can hold up 750 lbs. evenly distributed. Each cross bar can hold 250 lbs. Each mounting base is made from 4mm thick 6061 aircraft grade aluminum. The Cross bar is protected by rubber bar guard on top. The aluminum mounting upright is approx. 1/8″ thick at the base. The Mounting uprights have an 8″ extra wide footprint. The height of the mounting upright stands at 16.5″ total height. The Triangular base plate is welded complete onto upright post for complete seal. There are 4X 3/4″ eyehook on each upright mounts. No drilling required for installation. This system comes with drip rail clamps to install onto the vehicle’s drip rails. The drip rail clamps are 11 gauge steel 2″ X 8″ dipped in rubber top and bottom. Rubber cap on the upright post prevents wind noise and prevent water from entering system. The accessories included are 2X non-slip rubber bar guard to protect the top surface of cross bars from wear and tear. 2X ladder stopper (5″ tall) to prevent ladder from sliding forward, Ladder stoppers are galvanized then rubber dipped. 2X ladder guide (5.5″ tall) for easy bungee and tie-down. Ladder guide & Ladder stoppers are galvanized then rubber dipped. Easy turn knob allows quick adjustments and removal or adjustment of ladder stopper and ladder guide. 2X hook & loop strap to secure ladders up to 75 lbs. quickly. This system is anodized black.

The H1 series van cargo rack comes with various accessories to mount the rack & secure gear and equipment. Ladder guides and stoppers keep ladders and other materials in place, utilizing a rubber coating for protection. Hoop & loop straps secure gear once placed on top of your van, even further reducing the risk of equipment falling. Mounting supplies included with each van rack.

H1 Van Rack Features

H1 Van Rack Features

H1 van racks are available in either a rust-free aluminum or a galvanized heavy-duty steel. Steel racks feature 2" x 1" rectangular 14-guage heavy-duty steel crossbars & 11-gauge mounting uprights. Aluminum Vantech van ladder racks use 2" x 1" reinforced extruded aluminum crossbars with internal structural support. Mounting uprights are 3mm thick at the base and are fully anodized.

Vantech H1 van rack crossbars have a non-slip plastic bar guard on top, preventing ladders and gear from shifting. Mounting uprights are 8" at the base with a 10.5" height, using rubber caps to prevent wind noise and water leakage. Completely welded to the upright post, the base of the van rack features a complete seal.
