        Boyd Welding utilizes the highest quality materials available with every tank. This 100 Gallon Transfer Tank is built from a thick, high grade, 3/16" smooth aluminum. Heavy duty mounting tabs are welded to the front and rear of the tank giving you four solid locations to securely mount the tank. Boyd Welding’s attention to quality and detail guarantees perfect welds and a clean, scratch free finish.

        Unique Inset Pump Pocket Design

        Unique Inset Pump Pocket Design

        Boyd Welding transfer tanks feature a unique inset pump pocket design. This design keeps the pump low and keeps the overall height of the transfer tank system short. This tank comes standard with the inset pump pocket on the passenger side of the tank. The option is available to have the pump pocket located in the middle of the tank or on the driver side of the tank by simply selecting that option from the drop-down menu at the top of this page.

        The Boyd Welding 100 Gallon Transfer Tank is 49” wide, 24” deep, and 22” tall. Including the mounting tabs on the rear sides of the tank, the overall width is 53”. Including the mounting tabs on the front of the tank, the overall depth is 26”. Including the fuel fill cap, the overall height of the tank is 23.965”.         To match the quality of the Boyd Welding tanks, a GPI pump is included with this tank. This GPI M-150S pump features a rotary gear design and is made from a durable and light weight cast aluminum. The aluminum housing is rugged and corrosion-resistant to withstand years of work in any application. The 12-volt DC motor generates 1/5 horsepower to deliver flow rates up to 15 GPM. The M-150S is the bestselling fuel transfer pump in retail, providing longer run times and award-winning performance year over year. This pump comes with a manual unleaded nozzle, 10ft fuel hose, 18ft power cord, and an adjustable suction pipe.
