- Robotically welded design guarantees perfection in every weld on every box. Robotic welds are more precise, consistent, and durable than welds done by hand.

- The commercial-grade one-piece gasket securely seals the doors to the frame of the box when the door is closed. This high quality seal keeps out dust and moisture and the one-piece design guarantees a perfect seal around the full perimeter of the box.  

- Stainless steel hucked on hinges are used to guarantee the hinges will last the lifetime of the box. This hinge design is much stronger than hinges used by many other brands.

- The rain gutter design allows water to run off and down the sides of the box. This feature along with the high quality seal prevents any water or moisture from entering the box.

- A grease fitting is fitted on each hinge allowing you to periodically grease the hinge guaranteeing the lid will open and close smoothly even after years of use.

- An interior storage shelf creates the perfect storage area for smaller items. Two mounting tabs on each side allow the box to be securely mounted to any flat surface without having to drill holes inside the box.

- The tool box body and lid are constructed of an extremely heavy duty 12-gauge carbon steel. This is a much stronger steel than the 14-gauge and 16-gauge steel we commonly see used by other brands.

- The entire box is finished inside and out with a durable black powder coat. Chandler is well known for some of the best powder coating in the industry.

- A lot of our customers love the crossbody wedge carbon steel toolbox design because of dual handles allow the box to be easily opened from either side. These handles are designed so that a lock can be installed on both sides. This box is absolutely impermeable, lasts forever, and looks amazing.
