The Chandler Carbon Steel Underbody Exclusive Features

- Robotically welded design guarantees perfection in every weld on every box. Robotic welds are more precise, consistent, and durable than welds done by hand.

- The commercial-grade one-piece gasket securely seals the doors to the frame of the box when the door is closed. This high quality seal keeps out dust and moisture and the one-piece design guarantees a perfect seal around the full perimeter of the box.  

- Stainless steel hucked on hinges are used to guarantee the hinges will last the lifetime of the box. This hinge design is much stronger than hinges used by many other brands.

- The rain gutter design allows water to run off and down the sides of the box. This feature along with the high quality seal prevents any water or moisture from entering the box.

- The tool box body and lid are constructed of an extremely heavy duty 12-gauge carbon steel. The die cast heavy duty adjustable T-handle with a latch offering an adjustable roller cam with key lock in addition to a padlock loop. Also, completed with the 3/16” dual check chains for added durability.

- The entire box is finished inside and out with a durable textured black powder coat. Chandler is well known for some of the best powder coating in the industry.

- A lot of our customers love the carbon steel underbody design because of the simplicity die-cast heavy-duty adjustable T-Handle with a latch and an adjustable roller cam. This box is absolutely impermeable, lasts forever, and looks amazing.
